Thank you for your interest in the Caring from the Heart eLearning Modules, developed by the CLRI at Baycrest.

This series of 8 interactive modules can be accessed through Baycrest’s Learning Management System. To create an account and access the course, please carefully read and follow the instructions below. 

Step 1: IMPORTANT STEP Under "First Time Here" Click  “Create new account”. A new page will appear where you can create your account by entering your information.
Complete all mandatory fields.   IMPORTANT STEP "Select “Role” to be "Caring from the Heart"  You MUST have the role set to to Caring from the Heart to access the course. Note: The values entered for First and Last names will appear on your Certificate of Completion.
Once you have completed all fields, Click on the button “Create my new account”. An email will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) and follow instructions to confirm your account.

After you have confirmed your account. You may access the course by logging into the Baycrest LMS at https://elearning.baycrest.org/ using your username and password in the fields. 

Tip: We recommend bookmarking the login page so you can easily return to it throughout your learning experience.

The course will be loaded into your account under "My Mandatory Courses".
