Create An Account- Caring from the Heart

Thank you for your interest in the Caring from the Heart eLearning Modules, developed by the Ontario CLRI at Baycrest.

To create an account and access the course, please carefully read and follow the instructions below. 

Step 1: Click the LOGIN Button

Click on the LOGIN button at the top right. 

    

Step 2: Select First Time Here (non-Baycrest users)

Under "First Time Here?(non-Baycrest users)" Click  “Create new account”.

A new page will appear where you can create your account by entering your information.

  

Step 3: Complete All Mandatory Fields

 

IMPORTANT STEP

"Select “Role” to be "Caring from the Heart" 
You MUST have the role set to to Caring from the Heart to access the course.


Note: The text entered for First and Last names will appear on your Certificate of Completion.

Step 4: Create and Confirm Account

Once you have completed all fields, Click on the button “Create my new account”.
An email will be sent to the email address provided.
Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) and follow instructions to confirm your account. 

Step 5: Login to Elearning Site 

After confirming your account, you will be automatically redirected to the Baycrest eLearning site.

Enter your username and password under “Baycrest, Rotman, CAHBI staff, volunteers, and existing users log in here."

Tip: We recommend bookmarking the login page so you can easily return to it throughout your learning experience.

The course will be loaded into your account under "My Mandatory Courses".
